Dear NCPGA Members and Associates,
The NCPGA is reaching out to you as a call to volunteer your time to serve on the NCPGA Section Volunteer roster for the 2020 PGA. We have been charged with enlisting Members and Associates to work shifts (200 total) with specific duties for this great event. A shift will consist of four (4) – eight (8) hours of service and earn one (1) MSR per hour served, must have a minimum of two (2) days service, max eight (8) credits/day per policy.
In order to involve as many NCPGA members and associates as possible, we are limiting the maximum number of shifts per volunteer to four (4). If you are available for more than four shifts please include total availability and we will determine which four shifts to assign once we have all of our form entries collected.
*total number of actual shifts assigned may vary and will be determined based on the total number of volunteers available.
|Shift Area||Shift Time|
|Section Registration at NCPGA Member Club||Monday – Sunday|
|Practice Facility Duty||Monday – Sunday|
|Starting Time Boards||Monday – Sunday|
|Long Drive Contest||Tuesday Only|
Obviously we are only going to be as successful as the support we generate from our Membership and I for one believe we will have a very successful donation of time and energy from everyone.
We are just a mere 200 days away from being the host Section for this world class competition and the time will pass sooner than one can imagine.
Please look at your schedule and see where you can volunteer to show how the Northern California Section has committed to making this the best PGA ever.
As a thank you for your service each volunteer will receive:
Please commit as early as possible so you can be assigned to your most preferred shift and location.
Thank you in advance for your ongoing support of the NCPGA.
