“We continued our streak of solid weather and a great venue at Sonoma Golf Club for our AA-Medal Play #2 & Two-Man Better Ball on February 8, 2021. 41 Individual Competitors and 22 Two-Man Teams (3 Blind Draws) competed among the vineyards, making it a great turnout for this event North of the Bay.
Carding a round of three under par 69 (-3) earned you a spot on top of the leaderboard. Congratulations to Jason Schmuhl (Windsor Golf Club) and Brad Marek (Corica Park) for their T1 finish. Payouts of points and purse will be reflected on the website soon!
Jason Schmuhl was also a part of the winning Two-Man Team, along with partner Patrick Steiner (Windsor Golf Club). This team put together a best-ball score of seven under par 65 (-7) to edge out a win over Philip Dawson (Catta Verdera CC) and Brad Marek (Corica Park), coming in at five under par 67 (-5).
A total of $800 went into the Skins Pot, shaking out five winners with $160 each!
